1. About these terms
SpiderBen10's Arcade (nzdogames.com, "the arcade") is a free collection of learning games made by SpiderBen10 (NZDO) and run by ("we", "us"). These terms are written for parents, guardians and teachers. By using the arcade, or letting a child use it, you agree to them. Children should use the arcade with a parent's or guardian's permission.
2. Free to play
The games are free for personal, family and classroom use. Teachers are welcome to use them in class and to share links with students and families. Nothing in the arcade needs an account or a payment.
3. Who owns the games
The games, stories, characters, art and code are © SpiderBen10 (NZDO) and the arcade, all rights reserved. Please link to the arcade rather than copying it: don't copy, re-upload, sell or embed the games on another site without our permission. Screenshots for teaching, reviews or sharing with family are fine.
All characters and art are original. The arcade is not affiliated with Marvel, DC, Warner Bros., Netflix or any other company or game studio.
4. Learning content
We work hard to make the questions accurate and to follow the North Carolina Standard Course of Study, but mistakes can happen. The arcade is a fun extra, not a replacement for school or a teacher. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.
5. Stories kids write
Books written in Page Quest's Writer's Desk stay on your own device and belong to whoever wrote them. They aren't sent to us or shared. We suggest kids don't put real names, addresses or other personal details in their stories.
6. Fair use of the site
Please don't try to break, overload or hack the arcade, interfere with other players, or send fake data to our usage stats.
7. Tips
Tips are optional gifts from grown-ups to help pay for the website and new games. A tip doesn't buy anything, unlock anything or create any obligation, and every game stays free either way. Tips are processed by an outside payment provider under its own terms. They are generally non-refundable, except where the law or the payment provider requires otherwise. Tips are not tax-deductible donations.
8. Charity link
The support page links to No Kid Hungry so you can give to them directly. Gifts go straight to No Kid Hungry under their own terms. The arcade isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for No Kid Hungry or its website.
9. Other websites
Links to outside websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
10. Changes to the arcade
We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, and the arcade may sometimes be unavailable.
11. No warranty
THE ARCADE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
12. Limit of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE ARCADE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.

If we update these terms, we'll post them here and change the date at the top. Using the arcade after a change means you accept the updated terms.
